Our fun bike ride along the Derwent Walk all in support of service men and woman and families in difficult situations, with 100% of all proceeds going equally to SSAFA & ABF charities.
We are pleased to confirm the final summary of our ‘Cycle 2 Salute’ charity bike ride.
SSAFA – The Armed Forces charity (formerly known as Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen & Families Association) and the ABF (The Soldiers Charity) are both UK charities providing lifelong support to the service families and dependants.
Total sponsorship from the riders and Lewis Young’s just giving donation page was £1,850.00 with an additional ROFLOW contribution of £750.00 to give a grand total of £2,600.00 being divided equally for the two charities.
A huge thanks to Lewis Young for organizing the event and hard work in pulling it all together. Also a massive thanks to all the riders, sponsors and supporters.
