ROFLOW were honoured to be invited by Colonel Gordon Straughan OBE TD on 13th October 2022 at Ramside Hall Hotel. To receive our Second Silver Award for the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme.
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
All at ROFLOW are delighted to be revalidated with the ERS Silver Award and would like to thank our own hard working and brave ex-servicemen for continuing to demonstrate not only the viability of veterans in the workplace post-service, but how availing they can be. We would also like to thank the ABF and SAAFA (among others) for the tenacious and inspiring work they do assisting the transition of our brave and deserving veterans into a happy and well-functioning civilian life.
