Food manufacturing ventilation forms a significant proportion of ROFLOW project installations. This has been built upon years of experience across the UK supporting many of the biggest names in the sector.
We design, manufacture and install all elements of ventilation for food manufacturing plants. For most production halls this is usually an optimum operating temperature with further stage high care over pressure design. Other critical manufacturing processes require a more precise operating atmosphere in order to effectively and efficiently produce. Invariably this is furnished from the ventilation air handling system.
From large scale plants to the smallest micro operation, we deliver close control ventilation systems, enabling adjustment for temperature, humidity, pressure and validated filtration. Typically, we create the optimum operation environmental condition which best suits the clients process and product subsistence.
All operations spanning conventional kitchen canopy extract to high complication, high intensity food process extract are undertaken. This including grease and odour control with replacement air.
In addition, we provide safe working environments from raw material, decant and preparation to process or cook onto product completion. We are fully conversant and experienced with all major audit body specifications governing ventilation standards.
